In a phrase – discussion and debate. That is what I am after. I want to encourage arbitrators and mediators to express an attitude, to contribute a point of view, to help advance knowledge and understanding of the day to day issues that arise in the course of mediation and arbitration.

Our work can be lonely. We work as individuals, sometimes as members of a small team, but usually we are thinking, reflecting, considering in isolation.

It does not have to be that way. We can share and on this website you can send me a confidential email which will remain confidential unless you give me your permission to go public.

Alternatively you can raise a point and agree that it can be put on the site but without attribution or identification. You can have confidence that I will not breach a confidence. I do have character!
